Otter Arms uses PETG materials. PETG provides plenty of strength to display or hold your gun for quite a long time. As the stands are made by melting the plastic in the 3D printing process, they do not stand up to high heats. That being said, our gun stands are not designed for outdoor use, vehicular use, or use right after a gun has been shot and is hot.
